The Bihar Animal Breeding Advisory Committee is constituted under the chairpersonship of the Additional Chief Secretary / Principal Secretary, Department of Animal & Fisheries Resources, Government of Bihar, with the following composition:

Constituted at every district to enforce the Bihar Animal Breeding Regulation Act, 2025 at the field level.
